Welcome to the HIVE AI chat assistant tutorial. In this article, I will introduce your new AI chat assistant tool and walk you through step-by-step guidance on how to send an invite to your clients.
On the left-hand side, you will see a tab labeled "Chat with Assistant." Here you can test out the chat assistant yourself by asking tax or financial planning questions as well as any questions related to the services you provide. You can upload your internal guidelines in the Firm settings if you have not already.
Once you are done testing the chat assistant for yourself, go ahead and send an invite to your clients to start using the assistant as well. Here's how:
Once the invite is sent, the client will receive an email to opt in or opt out of using our services. The clients that opt-in will be directed to our signup page and dashboard where they can begin using our chat assistant.
Your client will gain 24/7 access to the AI chat assistant, where they can ask any tax or financial planning questions as well as questions related to your firm's services.
You will be able to see the entire conversation by going to the "Client Chat History" tab on the left-hand side. You can view unread and previous chat history messages here. If you notice a message highlighted in yellow, it indicates an unread conversation. Should you feel the need to intervene, you can click the "Email" button to get a hold of them directly.
