Day 1: Arrival in Manila

I arrived in Manila on August 1. Last night, I explored Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and enjoyed a nice dinner before diving into a gaming session for the next few hours. Today marks the beginning of DashCon, where I will present a conference on AI. I’m thrilled to take you behind the scenes!

We set up our booth for 2xu at the event venue, and the view from here is pretty spectacular. I’ll be manning this booth throughout the day, introducing you to some of our dedicated volunteers and interns, who are passionate about sharing knowledge on AI.

The energy is palpable as DashCon commences! As a staunch supporter of DashCon, I’m excited to share my insights on AI, especially with marketing directors, who are vital for the discourse surrounding this emerging tech.

During the event, I bumped into old friends and new faces, all eager to brainstorm and innovate with AI technology.

Day 2: Activities and Challenges

On August 2, my day was filled with meetings and discovering various cafes around BGC while managing my work remotely. The day culminated in a significant sales call, where I was able to close a client deal—despite battling low battery issues!

Afterward, I reconnected with friends during brunch and indulged my bookworm tendencies at the largest Fully Booked store before heading to the airport.

Despite not capturing every moment on video due to some camera mishaps, this trip to Manila for DashCon was a whirlwind of insights and experience.
