Tool #1: 10 Minute Email

The first tool is called 10 Minute Email. Many similar tools exist, and their primary function is to provide you with a temporary email address. You can use this email in your production, testing, or staging environment to test functions like signup flows or newsletter subscriptions. Simply copy the provided email and use it accordingly. The inbox updates continually, showing any emails sent to that address. You can quickly verify email content, ensure successful signups, and meet other testing requirements.

Tool #2: Bug Magnet

The second tool is Bug Magnet, a well-known tool in the testing world. Once installed as a browser plugin (e.g., Firefox), it allows you to test various input conditions. The final tool I recommend is a link checker. I've installed a plugin on my Firefox browser for this purpose, but many other options are available. A link checker verifies each URL on a web page to ensure they are active. It filters broken links, valid links, and other HTTP status codes. Regularly running a link checker helps maintain a seamless user experience on your website. For example, I use this tool for my book’s resource page to ensure that all chapter links remain functional.
