EVERY APP I USE IN RELATION TO INSTAGRAM | The only tools you'll need to keep your Instagram running

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! In this video, I want to share with you all the free apps that I use to run my Instagram business. These apps are essential for editing photos, creating graphics, planning and organizing content, and more. So, let's dive right in!

    Photo and Video Editing Apps

The first app on my list is Cap Cut, which I use for all my video editing needs. This app is perfect for editing videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories. It offers a wide range of features such as adjusting length, speed, and volume, extracting audio, and adding stickers or overlays. Cap Cut is available for both iPhone and Android users.

For photo editing, I use Lightroom. This app allows me to edit my photos and apply presets to achieve a consistent look for my Instagram feed. Another great alternative is VSCO or A Color Story, which offer user-friendly editing tools and preset bundles created by influencers.

If you need to remove objects from your photos, I highly recommend Retouch. This app makes object removal quick and easy, allowing you to touch up your photos seamlessly. Additionally, Pixlr is a fantastic app for layering photos and creating unique visuals.

    Content Creation and Planning Apps

When it comes to creating graphics for Instagram, Canva is my go-to app. It offers a wide range of design templates and tools to create eye-catching visuals. You can plan out your feed, create Carousel educational graphics, and more. Canva is available on both desktop and mobile, but I personally prefer using it on my desktop for faster editing.

To organize my content and schedule posts, I use ClickUp. This tool helps me keep track of all my social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. It allows me to plan out my content calendar, assign tasks to different team members, and get a holistic view of my content strategy.

    Hashtag Research App

For finding relevant and effective hashtags, I rely on Hashtags Slayer. This tool analyzes my competitors' hashtags and recommends which ones will work well for my account. It also suggests hashtags based on engagement and audience interaction. By using Hashtags Slayer, I can optimize my hashtags and increase my chances of reaching a wider audience.

    Scheduling App

If you're short on time and need to schedule your Instagram posts, you can use Instagram Creator Studio. It allows you to schedule photo-only or carousel posts ahead of time, making it easier to stay consistent with your content. Although this tool doesn't support scheduling for Reels yet, it's still a convenient way to have your posts automatically published.

These are the essential apps I use to run my Instagram business. Each app serves a specific purpose and helps me streamline my content creation and management process. Give them a try and see which ones work best for you!
