    A Look Round my Mini AQUASCAPE Studio | VLOG

    Hello everyone, Jord Scaper here, and welcome to an exciting journey around my mini aquascaping studio! It's been around four months since I last provided an update, so today, I'll give you an in-depth tour of my studio, showcasing the various tanks I’ve been working on. Some of the tanks I'll show have already been featured in full build tutorials on my channel, and others will be coming soon.     The Studio Layout

    First, let me give you a general overview of the room. It’s a small space, but I’ve maximized its potential. On one side, you'll find two IKEA Besta cabinets with a total length of 240 cm, which should give you an idea of the room's size.

    The Tanks

    1. 60 cm Shallow Tank

      • Cabinet: Horizon Aquatics Custom Cabinet
      • Hardscape: Simple pebble and sand arrangement with a powerful CMC title 35 filter.
      • Lighting: Aqua illumination AI Blade Freshwater with a ripple effect.
    2. Nature Aquarium Style

      • Size: 60 cm in length.
      • Stage: Early stage with diatoms and some algae.
      • Plants: Various simple plants, including Java moss and Cryptocoryne spiralis red.
      • Lighting and Filter: Chihiros Vivid Mini and external filters from Eheim.
    3. Iwagumi Style Aquascape

      • Plants: Various species with details to come in future videos.
      • Lighting: Chihiros Vivid Mini.
      • Favorite Style: Minimalist stone arrangement, inspired by traditional Iwagumi style.
    4. Shallow Immersed Plant Tank

      • Size: 45 cm long.
      • Filtration: Internal filter from Eheim.
      • Lighting: Aqua illumination AI Freshwater Prime.
      • Plants: Bucephalandra, Anubias, and others, with some lovely moss.
    5. Simple Cactus Setup

      • Features: Various cactus species, dragon stone, and Colorado sand gravel.
      • Watering Technique: Using a syringe to precisely water the base of each cactus.
    6. 30 cm Cube Tank

      • Resident: B the Betta, a beautiful fish.
      • Filtration: Seachem Tidal 35.
      • Lighting: Aquel L Smart Plant Light.
      • Plants: All epiphytic plants attached to wood and stone.
    7. Upcoming Project: Custom Terrarium

      • Exciting New Setup: Ready to explore something like a wall of moss and more.
    8. Pans Labyrinth Inspired Escape

      • Features: Dark, mysterious with various intricate details.
      • Lighting: Aqua illumination AI Freshwater Prime.
      • Plants: Hydrocotyle tripartita, Java moss, Anubias.

    Within the cabinets, you'll find all my aquascaping tools and water treatments. Plus, I have houseplants like a lovely Pothos, which I’ve also used in some scapes.
