1. Create and Save the Process Name:

   • Save this process in the "Doing the Business" key function under "Customer Service".
   • Name the process "Handle a Customer Complaint".

2. Initiate the Work Plan:

   • Copy the process name.
   • Select to add a work plan.
   • Paste the name of the process into the work plan title and then choose to create a work plan.

Using AI to Create Content

You’ll notice a little icon here, which signifies our integration with Chat GPT. This is your opportunity to have AI create the process for you. No more dreaded blank page; you don’t have to worry about where to start.

1. Click the AI Icon:

   • Enter your prompt. For example, "Create a step-by-step customer complaint process for a service-based company" and then press "Go".
