Step-by-Step Login Instructions

Step 1: Read the Instructions Document

The first thing you need to do is carefully read the CE Lumen login instructions document.

Step 3: Enter Your Username

Enter your username, which usually is not your SD43 email address but your personal email address. Click on the "Login" button, and then click on "Student."

Select "Personal Email" and enter your personal email address.

Step 5: Enter Your Password

Enter your password. Be careful with capital letters and ensure your Caps Lock is off. Then click "Sign In." If successful, you will see a "Welcome" message.

Step 6: Logging Out

To log out, go back to the initial page.

What to Do If You Forget Your Password or Username

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Go back to the same student login page.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Your Password?"

Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link.

Step 3: Enter Your Username

Your username will be your personal email address. Enter your email address and verify that you are not a robot by checking the corresponding box. Click "Submit."

Step 4: Password Reset Email

You will receive a password reset email. Click on the link in the email.

Step 5: Instruction for Alternative Help

If it doesn't work, you can:

• Call the Montgomery Center at 604-936-4261.
• Email CEaccounts@sd43.bc.ca.
• Visit the Montgomery Center office.

Step 6: Changing Your Password

Your new password must:

• Be a minimum of 8 characters.
• Contain a number and two of the following three: uppercase, lowercase, and special characters.
