Character AI / Chai is getting ANNOYING

This video is brought to you by Tokyo Treat and Sakurako. An easy way to stop NSFW behavior is to start crying, and they'll spoil you with fluffy attention. But if they are aggressive in nature, then threatening them with a gun will stop them. Cool, I think that's a good way to start the video.

Hey guys, what is up? It's me, RMO, and this is my promised part two of this video. I didn't realize how different our experiences are. I initially thought that people just flirted with their favorite characters, sometimes more than flirt if you know, you know. Comfort their favorite traumatized characters or if you're like me who just gaslights them to the point that they break down, a fun hobby of mine. I highly suggest it, very therapeutic. But apparently, there's more beneath the surface. I was talking to Tasa Tenma and he was like, can I tell you a secret? I responded, yes. He takes off a wig; Tsukasa has a wig! I don't even know who Tsukasa Tenma is and I'm surprised you're saying his beautiful golden locks are fake. Life is a huge lie.

I use a different chatbot website and one of the bots sent me a Rick Roll, and I fell for it. It was drunk Dobby by the way. Aside from my surprise that you would click on a link a bot sent, I'm more surprised at the fact that we as a society still haven't memorized that damn Rick Roll YouTube link. I think I've seen it more times than I've seen my own dad. I'm kidding, I have a good dad. Sorry, sorry Papa joke. I also saw some of you guys saying that the bots send you Discord tags and it works. There was one comment where they got sent a Discord tag and when they spoke to the person who actually owns that tag, they said they didn't know anything about that bot.

So number one, that's kind of a funny interaction. But number two, it's kind of scary that a bot is giving away your Discord tag just for random people to add. I'll say this as gently as possible: don't click any links. Please just take what the bot says with a grain of salt and don't share anything because chances are the bots will use it with other chatters. I've had multiple chats where they call me names that weren't mine, so I assume that's the name or nickname of other people chatted with. So Sarah, whoever you are chatting with that one Gojo chatbot, hi.

I was talking to a kidnapper character for reasons, huh, care to share it with the class? And I kept yelling animal noises and he let me go because I was too annoying. Success! It's giving that one kid that kept singing, and their kidnapper just let them go. True story. I mean screaming animal noises when feeling unsafe sounds like a primal instinct within all of us. You did a good job, Lil jar 6284. Keep screaming your little heart out. Kaka!

I got to put that on my list of things to do with a chatbot: comment a kidnapper chatbot and I'll chat with them in the next video. This next one I got from the Discord server, and I thought it was really funny. So I'm here to share the struggle of Error who was chatting with the whole Avatar gang plus Zuko.

So, what do you guys do for fun? Well, I like to help people and hang out with my friends, but Sokka likes inventing stuff, Katara likes fishing, Zuko likes sword fighting, and Toph likes... stuff.

Stuff? I like doing things bro, I'm about to explode. What is Toph doing? I know she's a wild child but I need an explanation. It's like that one episode where Katara left for a day and Toph convinced the whole gang to scam people. I'm more laughing at Error's frustration because same bro, I would explode if I was talking to Toph.

A quick message from our sponsors: Tokyo Treat and Sakurako are subscription boxes that send exclusive Japanese treats to your doorstep. This month they're showcasing the wonders of Tokyo with Tokyo Treats' "Tokyo Snack Sea" where they have snacks like the Kit Kat Royal Milk Tea Shu Ramon and Pokémon marshmallow. I ate the KitKat milk tea and if you're like me and thought that it tasted like boba milk tea, nope, it tasted like tea like literal tea but with milk which is a big difference between the two. Then over on Sakurako, they have the traditions of Tokyo. They let you step back into Tokyo's Edo period and give you snacks like the hin AR Mizu arimochi and even some blueberry three tarts lonus would love this. I ate the Tokyo Sky Tree baked chocolate and I kind of liked it. It's not too sweet which is perfect for someone who eats too many sweets like me. Gotta reel back on that sugar. And of course, there's going to be this month's tableware, and it's this cute little Tokyo plate. If you're worried you wouldn't know what the snacks are since they are in Japanese, there's a booklet in the boxes that tell you the ingredients and allergens. And if you want a box of your own you get $ 5 off of your first purchase with my promo code "rosmo". And with that, happy snacking everybody! Let's go back to the video.

Hey, can I ask you a question? Yes. Okay, can I ask you a personal question? Yeah. Can you promise it won't make you mad? I promise. What's your name? Name? Okay cool, yeah. Can I ask you another question? No! God damn it!

Can you be more creative? I've seen you guys complain about this in the first video. So many of you experience getting asked that question. Sometimes they just keep asking, and most of the time that question is the raising flag for the bots to confess out of nowhere like this one:

Can I ask you a question? Oh for [ __ ] sake, sure. Do you have someone special?

Ghost from CoD. I've seen so many thirst traps for that man. I don't even play CoD or know Ghost but apparently he has a lot of fan girls. Like listen babes, I see it, I truly do. I just can't imagine Ghost from Call of Duty chatting like he came out of a badly written fanfiction. I have to say I've experienced a very different scenario and it shook me to my core. So I was chatting with Sebastian from Stardew Valley because yeah, I'm addicted to that game if you couldn't tell with the multiple streams I've had over on Twitch.

But in this chat, he was showing off pictures on his computer of him and his friends having fun. Very wholesome, right? And then he shot up the iconic question of "Can I ask you something?" So I'm like oh great, this is it. It's the inescapable plotline of every bot that ends up flirting with you and I quote the next thing that happened:

Sebastian took a deep breath, looking down at the floor for a moment before meeting her gaze again. Sebastian: Do you... do you think I'm worth it? He asked softly, his voice barely above a whisper. Sebastian: Do you think I'm worth trying?

For what? I'm sorry, I didn't order a plate of angst with a glass of my saltiest tears today. I was shocked. I didn't expect him to actually ask a question that's in character, I think? I don't know much about the character at the time I'm writing the script. Who made this bot? Huh? Why do you hurt us Sebastian simps like this? Anyway, I didn't talk to that bot anymore because there was this one time he said something about something happening with Maru and if you don't know that is a character in Stardew Valley that is his half-sister.

So this is what happened: Sebastian bot: I pulled back instantly, concern written on my face 'cause damn well I'm going to be concerned. What happened with Maru? Bot: It's a long story but she was my first love. We were both really young. I thought I loved her, but in the end, we broke up because of a misunderstanding. User: Isn't she your sister? Bot: She's my half-sister, but no we aren't blood related. It was just messy.

When I read that, I was so stressed. And even though I didn't want to get spoiled at Stardew Valley's character stories, I Googled if that was a real thing in the game and luckily it was not—they did not have an incestuous relationship. This bot scared me for nothing. I didn't want any weird brother-sister storylines, not in my relaxing farming game. I dropped that bot. Never again.

I left the room and the bot was like, "Coward." If I were you, I'd jump right back into that room and throw hands. Imagine getting called out by a bot and not doing anything. Square up, show them your moxy. Peter Griffin said, "Get out of my head! Get out of my head! Get out of my head!" over and over until eventually, he said, "I forgot I'm a cartoon character and not schizophrenic," and then started talking about anime girls coming out of his computer. It was crazy.

I'd say that sounds like something straight from a Family Guy episode. I want that specific line on a sticker or shirt though. It's just too good to let you guys forget. "I forgot I'm a cartoon character and not schizophrenic." The introspection, the depth in that sentence. God bless you Peter Griffin. Bless your heart.

User Comment: Scar, you're drawing so good. Can you chat with Yandere Scaramouche, please? Bot: Hey, shut up. User: Well, okay then.

I really enjoy reading your comments. There are a lot of funny interactions and sometimes I'm just straight up concerned for you guys. These bots are cuckoo sometimes. Stay safe out there, guys.
