Upon opening it, you'll need to input a URL.
Go to Google and open the Google2 website.
You'll see an interface where you can scroll down and select a server from the Republic of Korea.
Click on OpenVPN and configure the file.
Download the server address, which only takes a few seconds, and open it, redirecting you to the VPN.
Connect to the Republic of Korea server via the VPN.
Now try generating the voice again; it should work smoothly.

Remember, you need a South Korean VPN, but once you've downloaded the server, you won't need to do it repeatedly. Simply open the VPN and connect to the server as needed.
