So now you can generate your API test cases with AI – a very easy concept. If you've used Postman, you might be aware of its powerful capabilities for API testing. For those who don't know what Postman is or what API testing entails, I have an API testing series available on my YouTube channel. But let's get to the exciting part – generating your AI test cases. It's super simple with a new tool called Postboard, recently launched by Postman. Let me walk you through it.

1. Load Your Collection: If you have your collection ready in Postman, you'll notice a new button labeled "Generate Your Test" (currently in Beta). This button will be an entry point to generating test cases using AI.

2. Generate Test Cases: After clicking the button, you'll see the collection you've created. As an example, I'll use a project from the Automation Tester Blueprint. You will see that all the test cases are automatically added.

3. Pre-Generated Test Cases: The autogenerated test cases include checks for 200 status codes, body token fields, non-empty fields, among others. Each test case is tagged with the validation it performs, providing you with a full view of the auto-generated scripts.

4. Inspect the Code: Additionally, you can review the code written for each test case. This eliminates the need to manually type out API test cases in Postman.

By utilizing Postboard, you can now easily and efficiently generate API test cases, streamlining your workflow significantly.
