Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Access Your Account: Navigate to your Voiceform account and click on the "Create Voice Form" button.
2. Choose Your Method: Previously, you could create a voice form from scratch or use a template. Now, you can also auto-generate your voice form with the power of AI.
3. Provide Business Information: You'll be prompted to give some details about your business. Here's an example of a preset message: "We're a family-run restaurant based in the Bay Area. We have been around since 1965 and have made sure to treat every single one of our customers like they were our family members. We've had a very strong customer base for many years. Our most popular dishes include burgers, hot dogs, and fish and chips."
4. Define Your Goal: Next, define the objective of your voice form. For instance, you might say: "We're looking to collect feedback from our existing customers to figure out which dishes our customers like the most and why. We also want to know if there are any new dishes we should add."
5. Set Survey Questions: Determine the number of questions for your survey. In this example, we're making a seven-question survey.
6. Auto-Generation: Click "Continue" and wait a moment while your voice form is generated. Grab a quick cup of coffee, and your voice form will be ready!
7. Review Generated Questions: You'll see various question types like rating questions, multiple-choice questions, and voice questions.
8. Customize Your Voice Form: Add a welcome page if desired, like: "Welcome or maybe Thanks for choosing Bill's Diner. We'd love your feedback."
9. Distribute Your Voice Form: Your voice form is now ready to be distributed within minutes.
