GET EASY WINS AND GEMS WITH KASHTIRA IN THE XYZ CUP EVENT !

Gaming

Introduction

Welcome back, Maniacs! If you are participating in the XYZ Cup and aiming for easy wins and those coveted free gems, look no further than the Kashtira deck. In this article, I'll share some insightful strategies and gameplay showcases to help you climb the ranks effortlessly. Let's dive right into it!

The Ultimate Kashtira Strategy

Match 1: Setting the Pace

In our first match, we went first, which is ideal for setting up your plays. Starting with Reinforcements of the Army to bait out an Ash Blossom, I then used Planet Pathfinder to get Raithsoth. With Raithsoth, we summoned Unicorn, leading into Kashtira Theosis, and eventually Fenrir.

From there, it's all about chaining your summons:

  1. Unicorn fetches Theosis.
  2. Theosis helps bring Fenrir to action.
  3. With Fenrir's effect, we snag a Scareclaw Kashtira.

Using these, we built into Shangri-Ira, locking out the opponent's zones. Adding Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon makes the board even more oppressive. Unsurprisingly, the opponent couldn't keep up and conceded.

Match 2: Rinse and Repeat

In a similar setup, starting first again allowed us to take full advantage of the Kashtira combos. With a starting hand featuring Cer Theosis and Cer Birth, I used Pathfinder to get Raithsoth, transitioned into Unicorn, and repeated our combo to summon Shangri-Ira and Arise-Heart. Opponent misplays were massively punished leading to another quick win.

Match 3: Surviving Second

For a change, we went second and faced Gunk Suip. Utilizing Effect Veiler and forcing poor plays from the opponent, we managed to flip the script. With a timely Pot of Extravagance and solid Kashtira sequences, our board presence overwhelmed the opponent, causing another concession.

Match 4: Mixed Approach

Even though the opponent started with a decent setup, Kashtira's robust combo potential shined through. We used Pot of Extravagance despite facing a Maxx "C", followed Pathfinder into Raithsoth, and activated Unicorn. Despite an Ash Blossom from the opponent, the power of Fenrir's field control pushed us to victory.
