Carissa recently went live on Instagram to discuss why her assistant Bree is no longer working for her. She mentioned she is currently searching for a new assistant and is even holding auditions.

When asked if Bree would be returning, Carissa had this to say:

"No, Bree is not back. I will not do that to Bree. I don't deal with people who feel like it's a problem to deal with me. I offer way too much for people to feel like dealing with me is a problem, so they need to find somebody else to deal with. I try to make everybody's life easy and peaceful. So, when you start feeling so entitled that you think it's a problem to be around me, I'm going to make sure that's not a problem for you anymore. I don't want her to have to make any sacrifices with her kids, her family, or any of that. I want her to go be happy and in peace."

Carissa added a humorous correction: "Her son gave her the last piece of chicken."

She went on to share her upcoming plans:

"I'm filming tomorrow, and you guys are welcome to come and watch on Fridays, Tuesdays, and Sundays—three times a week. I might even squeeze in some cooking segments. It's not just always going to be podcast-like. Yes, it will be a husband-and-wife podcast. It will be called His and Hers. We'll discuss world topics and world opinions. I want something with His and Hers because it's not just a marriage podcast, just two different perspectives. If you have questions about Blue from the tenth grade on up or Jaden, my husband was always present."

Carissa revealed she wants to share topics on raising kids and her husband's experiences in the military. They have six kids in total, three from each side with three baby mamas and three baby daddies. She thinks it will bring a lot of valuable discussions and advice to the table.

"We’re opening the doors of our new home to give out good advice. Just because things didn't turn out as planned doesn't mean we don't have the recipe for what was good, what was bad, what was wrong, or what was right. At first, it was, but now it's so nice, thick, and juicy. Once I wet it down and maybe put some style on it, we'll figure it out."

Carissa concluded:

"I got to go take a shower and get the house together because the production team is pulling up tomorrow at 8 AM. Y'all already know I'm not a morning person. See y'all soon."
