Hi, my name is Holly Devereaux, and I am an IT Project Manager for the Community Colleges of Spokane. I am here to help you access your cybersecurity training via the KnowBe4 platform today. We've received feedback that some people thought the email received from this training campaign was a phishing email. I can definitely clarify that it is not.

Everyone was sent an email with their own personalized link for the KnowBe4 training. Please locate that email and click on your link. It will bring you to a page where you will enter your email address and then click the blue "Next" button. This will bring you to our sign-in page for the colleges—exactly what the system should be doing, so don't be nervous about it. Enter your email address again and click "Next."

A pop-up will inform you that it's taking you to your organization's page. Your password may already be saved if your browser stores passwords. If not, please enter your password and click the "Sign In" button. Another pop-up will ask if you would like to stay signed in. If this is a personal computer or a college-assigned device that only you use, click "Yes." If it's a shared device, click "No."

You should then see a page that offers a tour of the system. If you're already familiar or want to skip it, choose "Skip." Otherwise, click "Show Me Around." On this page, you will be able to find your assigned training. Click on it to start. Upon completion, the training should display a "Complete" status. You can download a certificate and view details on how long it took to complete the training. For reviewing the course, click the "Review" button.

If you have any concerns, questions, or are experiencing issues, you can submit a ticket through the help desk. These tickets will be assigned to me, and I will assist you in resolving any issues.
