During my quiet time with the Lord this morning, I felt a grace to share Psalm 23 with you. It's a Psalm of David, a scripture from the good book, and also a prayer to inspire and encourage you this morning. Before I delve into today's passage, I want to welcome all new supporters and subscribers.

We are growing here at Angel Peer Support Ministries and our online church. I’m the founder; hi, my name is Twan. We are truly a Church Without Walls, and I come to you via my social media accounts. Our religion is love because love covers a multitude of things, including sin. Right before we get into today's passage, I will pray. I aim to make this available via the archives because many of you might be sleeping and need your rest. You might have a business or an empire to run, so rest is significant.

I feel refreshed today after a good night’s rest, including a delicious dinner of kosher chicken, Alfredo pasta, and a chocolate cream pie slice. I planned on working and responding to emails, but I fell asleep instead and woke up refreshed at 1:00 a.m.

Psalm 23: The Lord, The Shepherd of His People

Without further ado, let’s get into today’s passage:

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. For you are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Isn't that a beautiful thing to have goodness and mercy from God follow you all the days of your life, and your reward is to dwell in the house of the Lord forever? These are promises of God available to you now and forevermore. I want to encourage you today as we prepare to close out this live.
