The Fine Print (Transparency First)

1. Eligibility
During the event period (2025-11-20 to 2025-12-20, UTC+0), any user who is or becomes a Topview yearly paid member—successfully charged, without refunds, and remaining in an active yearly subscription—will receive free, unlimited access to the Banana Pro model within the AI Image feature on Topview Web.

2. Validity Period
Eligible accounts can use Banana Pro for free for 365 days. For new subscribers, it starts from the subscription date. For existing members, it starts from 2025-11-20.

3. Existing Yearly Members
Users who were already yearly subscribers before the event automatically receive this benefit.

4. Scope of Free Usage
Free access applies only to the Nano Banana Pro model within the AI Image feature on Topview Web. This offer does not apply to API usage, automated pipelines, or batch-generation workflows.

5. Abuse & Fair-Use Policy
To ensure service quality, Topview reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate the free Banana Pro benefit in cases of abnormal high-frequency usage, multi-account abuse, or suspected malicious behavior.

6. Disqualification
Eligibility will be revoked immediately upon payment refunds, fraudulent transactions, or subscription cancellation.

If I subscribe to the Annual Plan during the event, refund it, and then subscribe again later within the event period, how is the 365-day validity calculated?

It starts from the first subscription date. Even if you refund and re-subscribe, the system records your initial entry into the event. Therefore, the 365-day free usage period is calculated starting from the date of your first successful subscription within the event window.

Is "Unlimited Nano Banana Pro" really unlimited?

Yes. For Topview Yearly Members, there is no daily credit cap for using the Nano Banana Pro model on our web interface. You can generate as many images as your e-commerce business needs, provided it complies with our standard fair-use policy (e.g., no automated bots).
