Below this new sleeping area, we introduced a gas stove to prepare our meals. Additionally, we planned to install a commode nearby for convenience. The window in the room was transformed into a foldable one, allowing it to serve as a space where my wife could take a bath by using a tub.

For better organization, we created a storage line on the wall to hold utensils and spices. A mirror was placed close to the window along with a shower for a quick wash. To make the room multifunctional, we fitted a foldable sofa that could also be converted into a bed. Beneath the sofa, three drawers were installed to store clothes.

Adding to the functionality, we built a rake on the wall to store shoes and slippers, which also doubled as a table for eating and studying. A ladder was installed to provide easy access to the upper areas of the room.

This creative arrangement ensured that my parents and daughter had a comfortable and well-organized living space in our small Mumbai apartment.
