This is an ice cream scooper, but it kind of looks more like an ice cream stamper. I'm not sure you're supposed to be able to make ice cream sandwiches with this. The idea is to push this directly into the ice cream and then twist it.

At first, the ice cream was too soft, so I decided to try it on a harder one. Even then, twisting it was harder than it looked. Finally, when I managed to pull it out, I was a bit surprised. I think this would work better on a tub of ice cream. You get a workout while you eat your ice cream!

The scooper has a lever on it, and when you push the lever, it cuts the ice cream into four sections. Maybe this design is so when you bite into it, the whole thing doesn’t slip and slide out, which is kind of smart. The result is an almost perfect ice cream sandwich!

Overall, even though it wasn’t super easy to use, I'd give it an 8 out of 10.
