Introduction
Good morning, traders! God bless! I’m Ricky Gaspar, your host for this premarket session. Each morning, as part of our routine, we keep a close eye on the Volume Spike indicator for anything that’s moving. You’ll notice green numbers climbing as we discover stocks that are on the rise. We don’t actively search for these stocks—they appear in our charts when they start to take off.
Once we see a stock gaining momentum, we examine the current bar volume at the top of our charts to ensure there’s sufficient volume for safe entries and exits. High volume flow is crucial; we want to avoid trades with stagnant volumes. When we confirm the volume is adequate, we check the price trends. I mark a resistance level at the peak and a support level at the recent pullback.
For new traders, entering the trade at the support level is ideal for the next potential run-up, but only after verifying that tall green volume bars are above the average volume line, indicating strong buyer interest. The red bars represent sellers, while the Blessing Indicator at the bottom must also be trending upwards.
As always, never trade based solely on my screen, as there may be delays; make sure you have your setup ready before proceeding. I'm not a financial advisor, so please reach out to appropriate authorities before acting on any indicators or suggestions.
Let’s dive into today’s session! With about three minutes left before opening, we haven’t spotted much yet, but sometimes stocks don’t move until five or ten minutes afterward.
I’ve been monitoring QH, which saw significant movement yesterday. Interestingly, the moment I stopped watching it, the stock jumped by a dollar. I’m curious if it will continue its upward trajectory this morning. Meanwhile, DJT is down after some public comments, which has affected its stock price.
So far, the market seems quiet, but we did perform well yesterday even after a slow start. Fingers crossed for another opportunity today.
As the premarket session begins, I’ll be looking for volume spikes across different stocks. I noticed BQ, a penny stock under fifty cents, showing some upward movement. However, I typically steer clear of trading such low-value stocks unless they present clear indicators.
Back to QH, it’s starting to show strong movement, likely due to a surge of buyers. We’ll see if this momentum continues as we approach the resistance levels I’ve marked previously.
Traders need to remain cautious. If you’re new to trading, this initial wave might not be the best entry point as there aren’t any clear pullbacks. A reminder for new traders: enter at support levels and pay attention to what the indicators are saying.
QH is making modest advances, and if it breaks the 270 level, we could see a push up to the 320 range. Let’s keep an eye on the trading volume and gauge the activity before making any decisions.
Throughout the session, I guide traders to monitor swing levels on various timeframes for better decision-making. For anyone struggling, remember—the trading journey is filled with ups and downs. It’s essential to develop a solid mindset and learn to manage both losses and wins. If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ll see how effective these strategies can be when properly applied.
Before I conclude our session, I encourage you to remain engaged and active. Thank you for joining me this morning; I look forward to our next session together.
