Surrounded by a jungle landscape lies Yamu One, an iconic property located in one of Phuket’s most exclusive communities. We had the opportunity to stay in this home over the course of four days and immersed ourselves in the zen atmosphere of the home and surrounding landscape. It doesn't get much better: from the incredible staff and hospitality to the stunning Thai architecture and design. How is this real? What this property offers is truly special, and once again, I want to welcome all of you to Phuket, Thailand.

Arriving at Yamu One is a special experience. The zen tone is set as you're greeted by birds hidden in the lush landscape filled with trees and exotic plants lining the road leading you to the driveway of this incredible estate. Welcome to Yamu One! We're beyond excited for this tour and really happy to welcome you to Phuket, Thailand.
Now, this property is situated in this amazing gated community that we will talk about later. This driveway brings you to this point and takes you up to the home. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, manicured grounds with mature trees. There's actually a pathway here that takes you all the way down to the beach. Coming to this side, you can see the driveway brings you up to this cobblestone landing and continues to the lower level where we have staff access for catering, and where all the service staff come through.
Coming to this point, you get a good look at the property’s beautiful Thai-inspired modern architecture. I love this pitched roof design that gives you this cathedral feel. Then, we have the metal screens in front of sliding glass doors and windows with overhangs. It has a really light contemporary feel, and to complement that, we also have reflection pools on each side with dark tiling and these sculptures in the center, really setting that zen calming tone as you walk into this home.
This entry is also very grand. Look at the ceiling height! This high volume actually continues to the interior where we have an amazing living room. When we arrived here a few days ago, the staff welcomed us at this point, really giving that welcoming Thai hospitality which we were very excited about. We also have these stone steps with beautiful patterns on the floors. You can see these concrete columns with metal screens; it brings you to this point where we have the grand entry with a beautiful solid wood door and all these picture frames.
Let's go inside. The foyer of this property is so impressive and voluminous, with great natural light coming in. The same vaulted ceiling design is also here, with beautiful natural stone floors in a unique pattern. Coming back to the front door again, it's a beautiful solid wood design with picture windows on each side. This entire section here is actually steel-framed—wanted to point that out. Going into the details, we have beautiful textured walls for some additional warmth. To create some separation between the living room and the foyer, they came up with this metal screen design that runs up all the way to the ceiling, creating some separation but allowing natural light to travel.
Cody, let's head this way where we have this insane grand living room. I mean, what a space! Take it all in. We have the seating section right in the center, massive glass frames, and sliding glass doors seamlessly opening up to the pool terrace and to these views. Again, we are beyond excited to tour this property. Now, let’s cover the specifics of this gorgeous home.
This home has 10 bedrooms and 10 plus bathrooms, with 41,382 square feet of interior space. We have a lot of different rooms and areas to cover, situated on 2.71 acres, which is arguably one of the most important aspects of this home given the fact that the property is in a very exotic location. On the market for $ 18 million, I want to give a big thanks to the listing agent, Felix De Jarden, for making this tour possible. More information about this amazing property will be in the description of this video. Make sure to check it out, and once again, welcome to your amazing living room.
We have the seating area here with a coffee table, beautiful warm textures, and just like the entry, the natural stone floors continue here. In fact, it continues to this wall where we have this really unique pattern, giving additional dimension to the space. But obviously, this living room is all about this amazing volume and the view. You have wood panel ceilings with mood lighting; concrete columns with tapered tops frame the seating area. The entire space seamlessly opens up to the pool deck, which we’ll cover later. I mean, what an impressive space. It's super impressive, and not to break the seriousness or anything, but those columns remind me of pencils the way they taper into the ceiling. I guess they do look like pencils poking through the roof. It's pretty cool. They do a good job framing the seating area, and it's just a really nice space.
Cody, you know what? We got to float everyone to the next room, which is the TV lounge. It starts on this side. We have pocket doors here if you want to seal off this section. Just like the living room, this space is also very warm, with a cozy seating section, unique coffee table, and cool lighting above. We have three different exposures here. Two sides open up to the front of the home with Juliet balconies, and just like the rest of the main level, we also have sliding glass doors here taking you to the pool deck. It’s a really nice space with TV built-ins. We haven’t had a chance to use this room, but I hope we get to it soon.
Yeah, we've only been here for two days now, and there are so many living spaces in this house. We’ve got some work to do—over 40,000 square feet of interior space, 10 bedrooms, 10 plus bathrooms. So many different areas to cover. We're going to have to get creative and go through all these spaces quickly.
Let’s move to the next space—a dining area and kitchen. You arrive at the dining area and kitchen. This is a space that we actually use a lot. You have a massive dining table here that sits 16, with a light fixture above and cove lighting. Just like the rest of the main level, we have sliding glass doors flooding the space with natural light. This is really where we spend most of our time—having breakfast, lunch, and dinners. The staff here is so welcoming, and the food has been incredible. It's been a joy staying here, working here, and being part of this estate. I have absolutely no complaints. It puts a smile on my face, talking about our lunch and dinner experiences. I was going to say the same thing. I have zero complaints, and this is my first time in Thailand too. The biggest thing—your first time in Asia as well, right? Yes. The biggest thing that shocked me is how good the fruit is. They give us mangoes at every single meal, and those are the best things I've ever tasted. Everything just tastes so different and rich in flavor. But regardless, this is a fantastic area, and I just love how conveniently located this section is.
Acknowledge the pool deck you have access to the staircase. It has a nice flow to it. Now the next space to cover is the show kitchen. I’m saying show kitchen because behind that door there is a service kitchen where the staff prepares all the food for us. This kitchen is here more as a little bar area or service area for us to grab some food. Regardless, it is designed very nicely. You have modern cabinetry, an island with waterfall edges, your induction cooktop, sink, and cabinets on the back with some built-ins. It's just a really nice, convenient setup. The entire service staff is in the back conveniently located to your dining area.
Powder bathroom to our left with its own new vanity and separate water closet serves the main level. Open up this door; it gives you access to a staircase taking you down to the two levels below. This is an important section, as this home consists of three levels. We're currently on the top floor where the common spaces are. The level below has guest suites, and the lower level features some bedrooms as well as entertainment areas. Being here, enjoying the Thai culture, enjoying these views, getting a chance to live and stay in this amazing home, has been nothing short of spectacular.

The pool deck is the focal point of this amazing property, and what a space to entertain. Look at our views, the scale of the pool, and all the outdoor spaces. Cody is near the house on the elevated section, and we have natural stone floors throughout, lounging beds, and a massive infinity edge pool in the center. Cody, let’s perfectly frame up. Now, I want to mention something: we're shooting this episode at the end of May, so it's a little hot right now. You may see us sweating a little bit, but regardless, what an incredible space to enjoy. We have an infinity pool, 24 meters long and 8 meters wide, with tiling made of lava rock, offering a dark earthy texture that makes the pool contemporary. Cody, let’s get a close-up. It is like pure glass right now, and if you go low enough, it blends with the sea, which is fantastic. There is a really nice deck on the other side too, overlooking Phang Nga Bay. Yesterday was really sunny, which gave us fantastic shots. Today, it is a little bit cloudy. You have all these mounds in the back, leading to the Andaman Sea and then to the Indian Ocean. Between the landscaping, privacy, this pool, feels like a resort—it’s so beautiful. Like you said earlier, the reflections are so pretty with the clouds and islands in the backdrop. It doesn’t look real, but it is breathtaking. Without a doubt.
Now, let’s continue our tour. We have so much more to see. Additional lounging beds, palm trees, and the dining room and kitchen opening up directly to the main property. Let’s move forward to the outdoor barbecue area. This structure here houses an outdoor shower to the left and a pool bathroom to the right. I like how the landscaping grows around it, making it blend in nicely. Cody, can we get a close-up? I am currently standing on this glass flooring, essentially a massive skylight bringing natural light to the level below us. There is another one on the other side. We will talk about this detail later. Let’s take everyone to this side. This is an outdoor staircase taking you down to the level below us. Lastly, can we pan back a little bit to take in this view? Seriously, the pool, lounging decks, and these views—unreal.
If those pool chairs weren’t there, it would look like the infinity pool goes straight into the bay. Incredible. Not often at our shoots do we get to experience what these homes offer, but with this home, we simply couldn’t resist. After a long day of shooting, we got a chance to enjoy the pool ourselves. Please don’t splash the camera! Is this good? This pool is incredible. It’s completely saltwater, perfectly tempered.
Our time here has been filled with so many different activities and meaningful experiences. I'm just really excited. I am going to keep enjoying this pool. I hope you guys are enjoying this video, and I will see you out there.
For a setting like this, where you have a massive infinity pool all to yourself, it is rare to come by. What many unique offerings does Yamu One have?
Alright, let’s continue our tour. We have this deck taking us to the section in front of the pool. To our left, we have the outdoor dining pavilion that we will cover later. You arrive at this point, and it’s an incredible space to entertain. How is this even real? A reflection pool, lounging beds, and then the pool itself. In fact, Cody, let’s pan towards the house right in a second. I want to talk about its architecture. We saw these metal screens on the exterior; they have it on this side as well. The roof design allows the house to feature Thai inspiration. It looks deceiving from this angle. You think it’s just a nice one-story home, but there are two massive levels below us.
What I'm about to explain helps tie it all together. You see the gap right there between the glass section here and the pool? Yes, this is an infinity edge pool, and that is a waterfall wall that goes down two levels below us. It is a dramatic architectural detail that we will see on the guest level as well as the lower level. I cannot believe they came up with a design like this! Essentially, this is a massive retaining wall holding up the first floor of this home, and the second and third floors are built on this side. It’s like a separation point in a way, architecturally blending all these interesting details into one. Between the house’s architecture and the views, what an amazing property to entertain and spend time.
Cody, let's take everyone to this side. They have water features and elements throughout the property or in as many spaces as possible, extending the calming element of water. You can just sit down, enjoy a cocktail, or read a book, being one with nature and just enjoying being outdoors. This is what this property is about.
We still have one more space to see on this pool deck and main level. This walkway gets you away from everything to enjoy the peace and serenity. You get up on this deck with a reflection pool around it, a water feature to the left. This is a moment for you to sit down, relax, reflect, and enjoy the breathtaking view. This is a stunning property with so much more to offer.

Welcome to the guest level. This long walkway takes us to the six guest suites. Even off of the entry, they are setting the relaxing tone before you get to your bedroom. To the right, you have a beautiful reflection pool that they used the same lava rock tiles. There are floating steps taking you to the detached guest house, which we will cover later. Beautiful ceiling pattern here and more floating steps leading to a built-in seating area. Remember the skylights from the pool deck? These are the skylights bringing natural light to this level. A beautiful architectural touch and entryway to the guest suites.
Follow me. To the left, we have an outdoor staircase taking you back up to the pool deck. On the right, another reflection pool sets the tone leading to five guest suites. But more importantly, the first primary bedroom suite is on the right.
Let’s go in. Off the entry, we have beautiful dark hardwood floors. The room is extremely spacious and gets great natural light. Right in the center, a platform set up with a king-size bed and cove lighting above. You take these steps to the seating area with a pop-up TV. The entire room opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy the views of the property.
Keep in mind that this property has ten bedrooms total, four being primary bedroom suites. We're all about bringing the experience to you, so we decided to share some of these primary bedrooms to get our team’s thoughts. In fact, the room we're sitting in right now is Cody’s.
Cody, I’m going to grab the camera from you so everyone can hear what you have to say about this room.
Yeah, this is my bedroom for the past couple of days, and it’s pretty sick. Come on up this way. We have my bed here with incredible views over the bay. The sunrise every morning is awesome. Most people would close the blinds at night, but I keep them wide open because I want that sun to hit me in the morning. It’s been really nice. We have super cool cove lighting here, art on both sides of the walls, and a desk area. This also doubles as our gear storage. We also have our sixth camera right here, our Vlog camera. We’ve been doing a lot of Vlogs lately on the channel. If you haven’t seen, we did a whole Vlog documentary in Dubai. So if you haven't checked that out, please go check it out, like, subscribe, all of that. But we're basically going to be doing the same thing over this entire Thailand trip. We have another property after this, and we're going to Bangkok afterward for a couple of days. It’s going to be super exciting. That’s pretty much the bedroom. I’m going to get this back; we’ve got to go to the bathroom.
There you go. Everyone heard Cody's thoughts, and we want to plug our Vlogs—yes, you're going to see the entire behind-the-scenes of this trip. It’s long, and a lot is going to happen. I hope you enjoy those videos too.
Let’s get to the walk-in closet, currently our gear storage, and then float into the bathroom, which is amazing. Spacious, great natural light, fantastic flow. Right in the center, we have a beautiful vanity design with two marble sinks, textured on the outside, ceiling mount light fixtures. All the toiletries, everything is cleaned and organized every single day, thanks to our incredible staff.
On the other side, a sunken jetted tub with massive picture windows with zen serene views, and the light coming in—insane. Open walk-in shower with two shower fixtures, two rain heads, beautiful natural stone, and some extra details. The entire roof above is all glass, so you feel in tune with your surroundings. My favorite part is the glass roof. Last night I was showering and there were geckos crawling around above. Rain or shine, it's a super cool view, and you're just immersed in the nature of Thailand. Well said, Cody. There is something beautiful about seeing the sky above you as you shower. Fantastic space. Cody, let’s jump to the other side and check out the separate water closet with its own frosted glass door. Travertine floors, travertine niche, bidet, toilet, beautiful bathroom and bedroom suite.
Take everyone back to the hallway. In front of us, a staircase going down another level. You can enjoy the sea from this angle. The walkway connects to five remaining bedroom suites, but even more importantly, the crazy waterfall wall. Look at this space for a second. The main infinity pool is above, and this is the glass roof below. The wall cascades all the way to the lower level to another reflection pool. You hear this tranquil sound as you go to your bedroom. It's crazy that this is a residential property. How is this real? It’s wild. You hear it when you go to your bedrooms, and every night you hear that subtle waterfall—it’s like a lullaby. It’s beautiful. Agreed. This is probably why we sleep so well here!
Crazy detail, clever way to take advantage and turn it into another feature and benefit for the property. Super smart. Big credit to the design team and architects. They’ve done a phenomenal job.
Continuing down into the second guest suite, dark hardwood floors, king-size bed in the corner. With a seating area, shelving, and a TV, it also has sliding glass doors opening to a private balcony. This space is joined to the first suite, creating an interlocked design. Let’s quickly cover these four guest suits.
From cool color pallets to smartly integrated setups, each suite is spacious and luxurious. Moving on, there are slight differences in layout and style, yet all share superior quality and connection to the view.
For the workspace, in-suite bathroom setup to beautiful uninterrupted views, every minor detail ensures comfort.
