Hamster Gym Bro Comedy Short

Prompt

Create a 30-second high-budget cinematic 3D animated comedy short titled “GAINS — Hamster Gym Bro.” A tiny golden hamster with disproportionately muscular arms, realistic fluffy fur, and a serious bodybuilder attitude trains inside a luxurious human gym. He wears a tiny tank top reading “NO DAYS OFF.” Keep the character, outfit, proportions, and visual style consistent throughout. Premium feature-film animation, expressive faces, cinematic lighting, realistic physics, smooth camera movement, detailed environments, 4K. [0–4s] — Establishing shot of a modern luxury gym with humans training in the background. The camera slowly drops to floor level, revealing the muscular hamster flexing intensely in front of a huge mirror, taking himself extremely seriously. [4–8s] — He confidently approaches the dumbbell rack and attempts to lift a full-sized 1 kg dumbbell. It is enormous compared with him. His face turns red, cheeks puff out, and his tiny legs shake. He barely lifts it before dropping it, then casually walks away pretending nothing happened. [8–12s] — He jumps onto a treadmill and presses START. The belt suddenly accelerates, launching him backward across the floor. He tumbles, immediately gets up, checks if anyone noticed, then returns and lowers the speed with embarrassment. [12–16s] — At the bench press, he uses two pencils as a miniature barbell with erasers as weights. He struggles dramatically through several reps while a smaller hamster wearing glasses acts as his spotter, helping with one finger while pretending to be professional. [16–20s] — He notices a woman doing yoga and attempts downward dog on a tiny mat beside her. His round body barely forms the pose, becoming a trembling furry lump. Despite struggling, he holds it with fierce determination. [20–23s] — At the smoothie bar, he orders a protein shake. The blender is enormous compared with him, while his finished shake arrives in a tiny thimble. He chugs it, slams the thimble down, wipes his mouth, and lets out a tiny burp that echoes dramatically. [23–27s] — In the locker-room doorway, he puts in tiny earbuds and walks toward the camera in exaggerated slow motion. Dramatic backlighting and imaginary wind make his fur flow like a bodybuilding hero. [27–30s] — Outside the gym, he approaches a tiny hot-pink Barbie-style Jeep. He presses the key fob, the headlights flash, and he climbs inside. The engine roars unexpectedly. He peels away dramatically, completely proud of himself. CUT TO BLACK. Style: cinematic premium 3D animation, realistic fur, exaggerated muscular hamster, expressive facial animation, polished feature-film quality, dynamic camera movement, detailed gym environment, comedic timing, believable physics with playful exaggeration, cinematic depth of field, volumetric lighting, 4K. Audio: energetic workout music, realistic gym ambience, comedic impacts, treadmill sounds, hamster grunts and squeaks, tiny burp echo, and an exaggerated toy Jee
