How do I delete my account?
You can delete your TopView.ai account using the account settings in our iOS and Android mobile apps.
We prohibit the use of our services to generate the following:
Before you delete your account
Please review the following information carefully before proceeding:
- Permanent data deletion (with 30-day processing period)
- Subscriptions are not canceled automatically
- How to confirm account deletion
- Log in successfully using the iOS or Android app
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account" and confirm the action
- Account access will be disabled immediately
- If you encounter issues
- No deletion by administrators
When you delete your account, we will start the deletion process immediately.
Your personal data and project data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
Please make sure to cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

For security and privacy reasons, TopView.ai administrators cannot delete accounts on behalf of users.
