All submitted works must be original. Plagiarism, unauthorized reproduction, or infringement of third-party content is strictly prohibited. Participants must own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for any assets used in their work, including but not limited to music, images and video footage, brands and trademarks, logos, voice and audio, likenesses and portraits, and copyrights or other intellectual property. Participants are solely responsible for any copyright or legal disputes arising from their submissions.

By submitting an entry, participants grant Topview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and showcase the submitted work on the Topview website, official media sosial channels, and other promotional materials, with appropriate creator attribution.

Hantarted works must be created on or after July 10, 2026 and must not have been submitted to or received awards from any other contest. If an entry is found to have participated in another contest, Topview reserves the right to disqualify the work and revoke any awards.

Participants must be 18 tahun of age or older at the time of submission.

Topview reserves the right to reject or disqualify any submission that violates these rules or otherwise fails to comply with the contest requirements. All decisions made by the organkebenarang committee are final.
